Sulis Hospital is proud to announce the appointment of Miss Sarah Richards, Consultant Upper Gastrointestinal (GI) and General Surgeon at the RUH Bath as its new Medical Director. Miss Richards will continue in her role as a consultant at the RUH Bath alongside her new leadership position at Sulis Hospital.

Miss Sarah Richards brings extensive experience across both NHS and independent healthcare, alongside a deep understanding of the relationship between Sulis Hospital and the RUH Bath.

Her dual role reflects the increasingly close partnership between organisation's working together to deliver high-quality, timely care for patients across Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW).

Finance Analyst

Full-time. Salary: £30,403 - £37,799 * depending on experience

We are looking for a full time Finance Analyst to join our Finance team.

As a Finance Analyst, you will be providing monthly financial reports and financial forecasts working in close liaison with our Finance Business Partner’s. You will also be analysing transactions on the ledger and posting journals for accruals and prepayments at month end to ensure the financial position is accurate. You will provide timely, high quality financial information to operational and clinical staff meeting all internal and external reporting deadlines as set by the Finance Business Partners and Associate Director of Finance.

We are proud to Support Our Healthcare Assistant Amy on Her Charity "Bear Hunt" (trekking across the Andes)!

We’re incredibly proud to support our colleague Amy, one of our dedicated Healthcare Assistants at Sulis, and her friend Ellie as they take on their remarkable Amy & Ellie’s Going on a Bear Hunt in Peru Dorothy House Fundraiser challenge to raise vital funds for Dorothy House Hospice Care.

Amy shared her thoughts, saying: “Thank you to Sulis for getting behind this challenge. We’re delighted to have your support through the donation of medical supplies and much needed funds, which has helped bring our fundraising total to more than £15,000 for Dorothy House. We are extremely grateful for all the support.”

Amy and Ellie’s commitment to supporting such an important cause is truly inspiring. We commend them both for their fantastic efforts and thank everyone who has contributed their fundraising journey so far.
