The language of Water
I am not sure if you are familiar with Veda Austin’s work, but it is truly inspirational and resonates deeply with my understanding of the true magnificence of water. I am nurturing a very early relationship with water, yet since inviting this in, I am truly grateful for all that she has taught me.
Veda studies the language of water, and its consciousness. Of course it makes sense right, that something that has been around since the dawn of time, and gives us life, would hold all of eternity within its waves. But I think she is so much more than we can ever imagine, or have even ever thought about. Why are we drawn to water so much? Why does it sooth us? When we want to go on holiday we go to the sea?
She has so many faces, she can be dark and menacing and even sometimes dangerous, or she can be sparkling in a bubbly sunlit brook, she can be solid ice, or beautiful fractal snow flakes, she can balance on the tip of a blade of grass. She is always returning to herself, and follows the path of least resistance. From the embryonic fluid that teleported us here, to the vastness of the oceans. I am in awe.
These images are hydroglyphs from Veda’s collection and they represent the symbols that show up in ice readings, they have meanings. These ones are called the Tree of Life which represents wholeness: Nature: As above : So Below. The many hydroglyphs have taken her years to decode. What can also be seen under the canopy either side of the truck, are also very similar to the hydroglyph for lungs and breath!
I took a water sample from the rebirthing pool in Oct after our retreat and froze it, (I am no expert) but I had a reading by Mariel, and she likened it to The Tree of Life and also the Lungs / Breath hydroglyphs. I didn’t tell her what we were doing on retreat.
So the invitation Is next time, you step into water, see what more can become of your relationship with her. She needs us to understand her, to appreciate her wonders.
