Once again, Peacevale Counselling has taken a portion of profits to re-invest in planting trees. To date this means we have planted 40 trees and re-forested 0.04 hectares, with a total of 15 tonnes of CO2 captured.

Boots pharmacies are offering victims of domestic abuse (both Male and female) safe spaces at their consultation rooms where they can contact specialist domestic abuse services for support and advice. The scheme is in response to the desperate situation facing many victims who are isolating with perpetrators during lockdown.

Did you know that if you text 07725 909090 a crisis counsellor will text with you? Many people don't like talking on the phone & find it difficult to open up to friends and family. Some people would be more comfortable texting. It's a service run by The Samaritans. Please copy, paste and share. You never know who might be needing it.
