As we near the end of February and start to notice those brighter, sunnier days, it’s a lovely reminder that spring is on its way 🌷☀️
This change in season is a perfect time to pause and check in with yourself. How is your body feeling? Winter can leave us carrying quiet tension - tight shoulders, aching backs, low energy, disrupted sleep. It builds up without us really noticing.
Massage and reflexology are gentle, supportive ways to release that tension, calm your nervous system, and help you feel lighter as we move into spring. A little reset now can make a real difference.
