A 3-part yoga workshop series
Balance is not something we force.
It is something we grow into.
In this three-part workshop series, we will explore the foundations of balance through grounding, strength, and embodied awareness.
Each 2-hour session begins by connecting to the ground—awakening the feet, strengthening the legs, and engaging the core—so that balance can arise from stability rather than effort.
From this foundation, we will move into main standing balance postures and variations, exploring how steadiness, breath, and attention support the body.
Open to all levels and every body.

• April 26 — Dancer (Naṭarājāsana) & Eagle (Garudāsana)
• May 9 — Half Moon (Ardha Chandrāsana) & Sugarcane (Ardha Chandra Chapāsana)
