Are you suffering with postural changes from pregnancy?
Pelvic girdle pain is the most common condition our pregnant patients present with.

Here’s some of my favourite tips to feel more comfortable:

1️⃣ Walking slower distributes the weight more even throughout your pelvis reducing strain on the pelvic joints.

2️⃣ Supportive footwear is essential during pregnancy, hormonal changes can cause ligaments in the feet to loosen potentially leading to over pronation causing pain.

3️⃣ Using a pregnancy pillow (or a normal pillow) between your knees keep keep your hips aligned & reduce strain on your pelvis.

Lucy and Sam both completed their Masters of Osteopathy and spent the beginning of their careers working in East London as well as the prestigious Harley Street Spine Clinic. Whilst there they gained invaluable expereince working along side leading consultants in spinal and pain management.

Both Lucy and Sam specialise in treating back and neck pain but are well equipped to treat all joints, ligament and muscular complaints. They share a particular interest in intervertebral disc pathologies and take pride in educating their patients about their pain and offering realistic honest advice.
