Welcome to Reiki 1. Join me at for Usui Reiki Level 1 with two dates offered this year. Small classes mean you’ll get lots of guidance. And after the course you’re invited to join my Reiki support group.

With Reiki 1 you’ll learn to share and use Reiki for your own self healing. And you’ll be able to share Reiki with those close to you, including your plants, pets and living spaces.
You will experience the first 3 Reiki Attunements, which are ceremonies to enable you to connect to Universal Energy that is the source of Reiki.
In Level 1 you will learn the 5 Reiki Principles, the history of Reiki, the first Usui Reiki symbol, the how to balance the 7 main energy points in your body, known as Chakras. You will enjoy guided Reiki meditations, learn how to infuse Reiki into places and things with an introduction to crystals and how they work with Reiki. You’ll discover your personal Reiki lineage.
