My story

Hi. I’m Diane Lee. I am a Yoga Alliance Senior Teacher for a 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course for The Academy for Yoga Training. www.academyforyogatraining.com. I have 16 years of yoga teaching training experience.

I have trained with some of the world’s leading Yoga teachers, including Ana Forrest, Shiva Rea and David Swenson. I am a fully accredited Yoga Sports Coach, and have worked with Mark Webber as well as professional footballers, swimmers, triathletes and track and field athletes.

I have written for National sports magazines and my retreats have featured in the Guardian and Sunday Times. I also happen to be a Guest Presenter for the Champneys Wellness and spa brand.

200-HOUR HATHA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Join our incredible Yoga teaching team with exceptional standards of training in an exclusive, small group in one of the UK's most beautiful cities. Here in Bath we offer a 6-month, 200-Hour course including 3 full days initial immersion plus continual practice, reading and unlimited support during your training.

This course presents a foundation in Yoga ethics, with a strong emphasis on Hatha Yoga and Flow Inspired poses. Trainees are expected to maintain a yogic lifestyle during their training, moving you towards becoming a full-time vegetarian and into a competent and inspiring Yoga teacher. Learning the fundamental teachings of Hatha Yoga, focus on Pranayama and with the synchronisation of the movements of the breath and asanas via key, accurate queues and alignment.

This learning process will raise vibrational energy and heart continuity, which can be passed on to your classes and clients.

These techniques aim to challenge you and help you grow and evolve in many physical, emotional, mental and spiritual ways. This teacher training is designed for all students wishing to immerse themselves into a disciplined course of self-study, application, commitment, responsibility and integrity.
