Bodybuilding Prep 🐺🏆

Immensely proud to have .training represent the gym at only 18 years old as my first ever prep client with some showing from him brought to the BNBF and the NPA stage. No placing at the Scottish but with a year to still maximise his potential in the Teen category and a Junior Category 1st place at the NPA we are now into an off season to go again next season as his last year as a teen.

His work ethic and focus for his age are things which will carry him so far in this sport. First set of photos are from the start of his prep and the last set are from when he joined the gym at 15 years old (he lied about his age to join the gym 😂 fair play mate). Handled the prep like a real athlete and has spent his time training to justify going on stage at such a young age. Now onto next year 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Means the world to me the trust Elliot had in me to take him to stage without ever prepping someone. Next year we take it up a notch and bring something even better.

Barbell Transformation 🐺

Barbell Member .lennie has put a serious shift in and it shows. Nailing the steps, training and most importantly good quality food going in. Being in the best shape of her life and confidence at the highest it’s been in years which is deserved through the work she’s putting in.

Now we reverse the cals back out and gradually increase them giving her more performance for her training and competitions.
