Surrounded by his loved ones at St John's Hospital on the 8th of April 2025 aged 88 years old.
A much-loved Dad and Papa and husband to the late Jean and beloved partner of Gail.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday the 30th of April 2025 at 10am at Bathgate High Parish Church followed by an interment at Boghead Cemetery at 11.15pm to which all are warmly invited.

It was lovely to attend the induction of Rev Dawn Westwood yesterday evening in the Parish of Bathgate: Boghall.
Judging by the attendance, it seems like Rev Dawn will make a positive impact on the community.
We are looking forward to working with Rev Dawn supporting families in the community and wish her the best of luck in her role.

A loving wife to Richard, Mother to Victoria & Matthew, Grandma to Belle, Aydah, Darragh & Jessica and mother in law to Lee & Shannon and sister to Sara.

A long serving prison officer of 18 years from Salford to Addiewell.
Funeral to take place in Our Lady & St Bridgets, West Calder on the 12th March at 10.30am following on to West Lothian Crematorium at 12pm. The family request no flowers please but donations to Tippethill Hospital.

We had such a lovely morning at the West Lothian 50 Plus Network coffee morning last Thursday. We loved chatting with everyone about their funeral wishes and answering any questions that people had.

West Lothian 50 Plus Network is one of our local chosen charities who facilitate a wide range of activities with the aim of keeping active in mind and body and providing opportunities to meet new people to help with social isolation. They have fantastic facilities and everyone is so welcoming.

Peacefully on Wednesday 25th December at Tippethill Hospital, Armadale with his adoring family by his side, David aged 75 years. Cherished Dad to John, Stuart and Helen. He will be sorely missed.
David's funeral service will take place at West Lothian Crematorium on Thursday 16th January 2025 at 1pm to which all are welcome.

Thank you to all those who attended our Christmas Memorial yesterday. It was a lovely afternoon with some very poignant moments spent remembering those we have loved and lost.
A special thanks to Arlene McKenzie, celebrant, for taking our service and providing comforting words and to our organist, Mark, who led us in our Christmas Carols.
A big thank you to Sing West Lothian who sang while everyone enjoyed a cup of tea and some cake - their voices and songs really touched the hearts of those who attended.
The proceeds from our raffle and donations taken at the memorial service will be going to Sing West Lothian's 'Pay It Forward Pot' and 'For The Greater Good'. Thank you all for your generosity especially at this time of the year.

A gentle reminder that we have our Christmas Memorial service here at Co-op Funeralcare, Bathgate on Sunday the 22nd of December at 3pm. Our service will be taken by the lovely Arlene McKenzie who will lead us in a service which will provide an opportunity to remember those we have loved and lost.
We will also have a Hamper Raffle with all proceeds going towards Sing West Lothian's campaign to help feed families in our local community.
Teas, coffees and cakes will be provided afterwards while we hear some lovely songs from Sing West Lothian Choir.

Ian, suddenly but peacefully aged 72, on Sunday, December 8. Son of the late George and Margaret Gould, brother of Janice, dad of Lindsay, father-in-law of Nathan and papa to Corban and Micah.
Former convener of Armadale & district SNP, ex West Calder workspace and Gowanbank.
Ian’s Funeral to take place at West Lothian Crematorium on Tuesday, December 24th at 10am to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. The family request no flowers but instead donations to the Scottish Refugee Society. Dark colours are not necessary, and a flash of tartan would be welcome.

We have our own service room here at Co-op Funeralcare, Bathgate. It is a lovely room which has a capacity of 40 seated and further standing space. We have a built in speaker system which allows for the service to be heard throughout the service room and in the standing space.
