Happy 1st birthday to Reo!! 🥳🎈🎉 What a fantastic way to celebrate - in the pool! But today was also Reo’s last class 😢 He’s brought lots of fun (and splashes!) to the classes this past year, and I've loved being part of the journey - from bump to birthday boy! ❤️

Forgot to post these from my birthday a couple of weeks ago. It was so lovely to spend my actual birthday with the mums and babies and yoga, and then had a lovely time at the amazing hotel and spa. Nice to be in a pool for some relaxation for me for a change! 😌

That’s me finished with classes for the rest of this week as I step onto the stage with Showcase Edinburgh for our annual show, raising funds in support of Macmillan Cancer Support Scotland.

This week I’ve swapped yoga mats and swimming pools for dance shoes, glitter, and stage lights ✨ Our opening night was a huge success, and with 5 more shows still to go, it’s set to be an incredible week!

Classes will be back to normal next week. Thank you for your support and understanding 💚

Back to work!!! It was so lovely to be back to mum & baby yoga this morning! The babies had grown so much since I’ve been on holiday. Looking forward to being back to all my classes this week and seeing you all after my lovely break and time with my family 💛☀️
