Rice are not the enemy. Protein are delicious and healthy as well. A combination of carbs and proteins with added fiber in the form of salads and drinks in the form of lemon juice and green tea are the healthiest combos. This will help you to build your muscles. If you eat it in small amounts you will also maintain your healthy body weight. Eid times are best time to enjoy good foods. The post i have shared yesterday was about a female having stroke. Recovering from stroke is highly challenging when your GCS also goes below 10. Medical nutritional therapy is as useful as that of medical therapy. If you fail to focus on nutrition, your medicine will interact eith each other and promote drug-drug interaction. So do not hesistate in providing food to the Tube fed patients. Either it will be NG or PEG or else. It doesnot matter. What matters the most is your appropriate food choices will let your patient recover as early as possible

Beans bowl with vegetables added is a tastiest option at snack time. Potatoes are not bad if taken in moderate amount. Green vegetables are good source for iron. Tomatoes are heart healthy. Beans itself are a source of proteins. If you like, you can also add yogurt to it to make it more delicious. If you skip your main meal you can also have this. Weight maintenance is more harder than weight loss.

Fruit chat is a good option. Cream is also Okay. But what matters is the amount of calories taken per day. The quantity you are having is most important. You people think some foods are good while some are bad. But this is not an actual problem. No food is labelled as good or bad.
