Great day at the Children’s Karate Competition in Marford. Congratulations to Olivia Brennan for finishing in 2nd place for Kata in her first competition, and to Mia Joule for finishing in 1st place in Kumite and 2nd place in Kata. Big congratulations to all students who competed at the Nationals on Saturday, you all showed good spirit and great sportsmanship win or lose. Well done to the students who did win trophies, special mention to Brad Mackinnon for receiving the boys best performance trophy and Liam Jenkins for being awarded the Colin Williams Memorial Trophy for his overall performance in Kata and Kumite on the day.
