Sports massage targets those aches and pains and releases tension and soreness making it easier to move and exercise which in turn produces better results. It promotes better sleep,improves circulation and movement.

I also do Work place Massage whereby I treat staff in their work environment promoting a healthy workforce and boosting productivity and moral as well as reducing absenteeism.
