’s Fat loss phase complete ✅

Dropping 7kg body fat & 8 Inches from measurement / 5 inches off his waist alone 👌🏽

Myke reached out to me wanting to pack on some good quality size & the extra accountability to do it correctly,
So we come up with a quality game plan to do so, firstly an initial fat loss phase, dropping as much body fat as possible, whilst getting stupidly stronger along the way,

Its not all been fun and games we’ve had to be strategic working around a few old niggles but he didn’t let any of that be an excuse (like the majority of lads these days..)

In this fat loss phase he’s managed to drop a solid 7kg & just over 5 inches from his waist 🔥

He’s set himself up perfectly now going into a gaining phase, metabolism on fire and insulin sensitive, ready to slowly go into a gaining phase to put on some good quality muscle whilst staying lean “.

After a fat loss phase this is where most lads give up.. not utilising a gaining phase straight after a fat loss phase is the worst thing you can decide to do, this is the best time to pack on some good quality muscle!

First Hyrox Solo boxed off ✅

Happy with that, not the best prep for it having quite a few niggles along the way slowing progress down, and if I’m being honest i didn’t train as hard or take it as serious as I should of…

But nonetheless I set myself a mini goal this year to do a solo one and I’ve done it, and I enjoyed it! Anyone who knows me knows I f**king hate running😂, Hyrox is a runners game for sure. My running was the biggest win for me during the race 👌🏽

I’ve got even more respect for the athletes that take this sport serious in all honestly 🤝🏽

I’ll do another one eventually for sure, but for me now back to using Hyrox as a tool to stay fit around my weight training, not the other way around.
Photoshoot in 6 weeks & a few other things to get dialled in for so back to spending more time in my natural habitat.. in the gym slinging weights around 😍😂

Practising what I preach.

There’s nothing I ever ask a client to do that I haven’t done myself, or aren’t already doing right now.

Ask yourself this…
Is your coach doing the same?
Or are they just feeding you recycled jargon and buzzwords while not walking the walk themselves?

13 years deep in this industry, and I’m still learning, refining, evolving.

I’ve spent tens of thousands of pounds on my own education, working with world class mentors & coaches, attending seminars, completing courses, and testing everything first-hand.
All so I can pass that knowledge, experience, and results directly on to my clients.

I teach what works.
I cut out what doesn’t.

Meanwhile, most “coaches” do a Level 3 PT course (99% pass rate - your nan could pass it), get shredded once for a holiday or show, and think they’ve cracked the code.

Not me.
Every day’s a learning day. Every client, every session, every lesson adds to the craft. 🏆

All-or-nothing is why most lads never change.

Most lads think if they can’t go all in, it’s not worth doing at all.
That’s why they stay stuck and make ZERO progress.

Progress isn’t about perfection, it’s about consistency.
Do what you can, not what you wish you could.
Because small wins stacked daily turn into massive results.

Where there’s a problem, there’s always a solution, if you’re willing to drop your ego and not let your excuses get the best of you.. time and time again.

You know what’s worse than being out of shape?
Feeling like a shell of the man you used to be.

✅ No energy
✅ No focus
✅ No confidence in or out of your clothes
✅ Snapping at your missus for no reason
✅ Can’t switch off. Can’t get it up.

Every man should feel like a weapon, not worn out, soft, and stressed.

But when you skip training, live off takeaways, and keep saying “I’ll sort it soon”… this is what happens:
❌ You wake up knackered
❌ You’ve got brain fog by 10am
❌ Your clothes are tight in all the wrong places
❌ Your drive’s gone, your mood’s off, and your head’s cloudy

You weren’t meant to coast through life tired and uncomfortable.
You were meant to command it.
