SYS UK is collaborating with Michaela Mckimmie for a wellness day at the stunning Crowhurst Park.

One not to be missed. A unique mix of yogic practices and sound bath, to create a day that you will go home from feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for the rest of winter.

Our latest student, Terry. He shows that age is really just a number, and no matter how old we become we can still live life to it's fullest.

He was amazing today. Oh and he's 91 years old. What a legend.

Another great week for SYS UK at Crowhurst Park. Again blown away by everyone's commitment and attitude.. Been a privilege to take the classes. Always so much love as fun.

Extended out to 8 classes and all nearly at capacity.

More classes to come in the following weeks. So watch this space. ❤️

Yoga classes starting at Crowhurst Park, Nr Battle, in the brand new purpose built yoga studio.

Beginners traditional Hatha, including breathwork and meditation. Limited spaces available, for Monday and Wednesday, more classes to be added on Tuesday. Including intermediate level Asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.

Individual classes on application.

Advanced classes coming soon. Look out for our unique Restorative Pranic Yoga, which is a gentle healing yoga suitable for all.

Also available transformational healing and coaching (individual). This is a bespoke series of sessions, utilising my vast experience and training to support you with all aspects of your life. Including all types of trauma, healing and life goals. Contact me for a complementary 20 min consultation.

I am fully qualified Kundalini Yoga instructor,
Pranic healing practitioner
Master practitioner in NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Coaching.

I am a member of the relevant individual associations and fully insured. All can be provided on request.
