We try our best to fill any late cancellations so there is no charge incurred but it’s not always possible.

Attention Hastings half marathon runners….
Our sports therapists are currently fully booked this week (we have a cancellation list you can be added to) We have 1 physio appointment left this coming Saturday at 10am & we have a few appointments left for next week. Message to book.
Post run treatments are very beneficial to recovery.
