This month is about Performance Anxiety and specifically, those pesky ‘what if’ thoughts that many of us seem to struggle with! It is a short post (for ease of reading, I know you are all busy!) and I have only really scratched the very surface in this post, but if you are struggling, hopefully it is enough to provide a few ideas and give you faith that help is available 💕
