People often think my work as a Sport & Exercise Psychologist is only about ‘high performance’ or ‘elite’ sport, but actually this isn’t the case 😮
Something I am really passionate about is helping women to start (and continue!) participating in sport and exercise at 40+.
Our bodies experience a lot of changes at this time, and we often need to take a fresh approach to our training. What has worked previously, or what we have prevously thought about exercise, may need adjustment. There can also be lots of emotions to deal with 🤯💕
You don’t have to ‘soldier on’ alone! In online sessions we can discuss where you are right now, what is holding you back, and create an achievable action plan to move forwards. I have ‘lunch hour’ slots currently available!
