While the mince pies are appearing and the festive lights are going up, it’s been full steam ahead for our teams over the last few months.

We’ve seen a big wave of new clients join us — and during Bonfire season, every single one of our clients came back 🔥💪 (yes, 100% — we’re pretty proud of that one).

Huge shoutout to our incredible staff who’ve kept things running smoothly during one of our busiest periods of the year. The festive rush has nothing on you 🎅🩺

As Bonfire Night celebrations light up the sky, our teams want everyone to enjoy the evening safely! 👇

Here are a few quick reminders from the professionals:
✨ Keep a safe distance — always stand well back from bonfires and fireworks.
✨ Never go near a lit firework, even if it looks like it hasn’t gone off.
✨ Supervise children closely — and keep sparklers away from little hands.
✨ Have a bucket of water or sand nearby — just in case.
✨ Wrap up warm and be mindful of pets who might find the noise distressing.

If you’re attending an organised display, follow event staff instructions and look out for our teams on-site — we’re there to help if you need us. 💙

✅ Systems Familiarisation

✅ A hands-on tabletop exercise simulating a major incident at a large-scale event
