A family-run company since 2013, we are experts in Home Care, Live-in Care and Dementia Day Care (Stay Connected Clubs). We are well run and you will notice.

Whether you want support for a few hours a week or 24 hours a day, we can help. CQC Registered and ESCC Approved Providers. Spring Care PAs is owned and managed by a team dedicated to ensuring that we always give a first class service to our clients and that our PAs feel valued in their employment. The experience of our management team combines an in depth knowledge and understanding of the Domiciliary and Live In Care industry and other commercial business backgrounds. This combination has raised the bar in our service standards. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) whose job it is to check whether our services meet national standards in the provision of care. Under their scrutiny the standards of planning and delivery of care to people in their own home has increased nationally. At Spring Care we work hard to ensure that we exceed those set care standards

⭐️Star of the Month shout-out!⭐️

In January we celebrated Irena as our Star of the Month.
She’s only been with us a short time but has blended in with our team and our service users effortlessly and seamlessly, bringing warmth, professionalism and genuine care to everything she does.👏

February’s Star of the Month is Helen from our Stay Connected Club Dementia Day Centres in Battle.
Helen is a real asset to the Club – always smiling, incredibly organised and someone who gets on brilliantly with everyone she meets.🎉

We’ve been delighted to support East Sussex Hearing over the last couple of years by providing free space for their local Hearing Aid Maintenance Clinic in Battle. Due to the expansion of our own services, Monday 2nd March will be their last clinic with us.
10:15 to 11:45 - Red Barn Mews, High Street, Battle

East Sussex Hearing will continue their fantastic work and we, and they, will let you know where in the town the clinic will be moving to as soon as it’s confirmed. Thank you to everyone who has attended the clinics here and to the East Sussex Hearing team for all they do for local people living with hearing loss.

At Spring Care and our Stay Connected Club Dementia Day Centres Division, we know that living with dementia affects not just one person, but the whole family. That’s why Live-in Care can make such a difference — offering comfort, companionship, and support right where it matters most: at home.

Staying in familiar surroundings helps reduce confusion and anxiety, while a dedicated live-in carer brings consistency, reassurance, and a friendly face every day. It’s about more than care — it’s about connection.

We can offer both ongoing Live-in Care and short-term respite Live-in support, giving families a much-needed break while ensuring their loved one is safe, settled, and well supported at home.

Our teams are passionate about helping people live well with dementia, supporting families to stay together and communities to stay strong. 🌿

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the Spring Care and Stay Connected Club community this year – all of our service users, their families, and friends. The Stay Connected Christmas parties have been a wonderful way to celebrate together, and they have really highlighted the friendships, fun and sense of community that make our services so special.

It has been a great year where we have made a strong start on our growth plans, and we are especially excited to be opening our new Day Centre in North Chailey in January 2026, with much more to come as we continue to grow and develop our services.

A huge thank you also goes to our incredible staff teams who will be working as normal throughout Christmas, ensuring our service users remain supported, safe and connected over the festive period. ⭐

Wishing all of our service users, families, colleagues, and partners a peaceful Christmas and a happy New Year – and we look forward to sharing the next chapter of Spring Care and Stay Connected Club with you in 2026 🫶

We’re thrilled to celebrate our final Star of the Month for 2025 — **Gill!** 🎉

Since stepping into her new Team Leader role, Gill has brought unstoppable **energy, enthusiasm, and efficiency** to the team. She leads by example, motivates those around her, and keeps everything running smoothly!

And we can’t not mention those Christmas trousers - spreading festive cheer wherever she goes! 🎄✨

Janet recently attended the Friends Altogether in Rother Winchelsea Tea and Cake event and after listening to an inspiring talk by Miriam J. McGuirk gave one to the group herself about dementia and how it effected members of her own family 🫶

At Spring Care, our approach isn’t simply about following a textbook. Many of us know first-hand the impact dementia and other life-limiting illnesses have on families, because we’ve supported our own loved ones through them. That lived understanding runs deep within our team.
