Hello I’m Kathryn, owner of Bawtry Podiatry Clinic, and I’m excited to welcome new practitioners into our growing multidisciplinary space in the heart of Bawtry High Street.
We’ve been part of the Bawtry community for nearly 10 years and expanded from renting our own room daily to the beautifully refurbished clinic we have now, at 23-25 Market Place (the former NatWest building).
Since moving in 2024, we’ve grown into a collaborative clinic with practitioners ranging from physiotherapy and skincare to cosmetic surgery consultations.
Our clinic offers:
- 5 modern treatment rooms
- Ground-floor, high-street location with parking directly outside
- Full-time front-of-house reception support
- Recently refurbished with new flooring, LED lighting, and hand-wash sinks in every room

We currently have two treatment rooms available on a set daily rental basis, ideal if you’re:
- Looking to move your business to Bawtry High Street
- Looking to grow an existing patient base or start a new venture
- Looking for a space that feels clean and clinic
- Looking for a professional, supportive space without the long-term overheads

Your daily rate also includes:
- Reception & waiting area access
- All bills included
- Sharps disposal
- Clinical waste
- Stock room storage
- Clinical Fridge
- Use of shared kitchen/breakout facilities
These rooms are perfectly suited to health, medical, wellbeing or sports therapy professionals who value a friendly, professional environment with the chance to grow alongside other motivated practitioners.
