Introducing Mr Shafiq Rahman – Consultant Plastic Surgeon

We’re delighted to introduce Mr Shafiq Rahman, Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon, who will be working alongside us as we continue to expand the services available at Bawtry Podiatry Clinic.

Dr Rahman is a UK trained consultant plastic surgeon with extensive experience in reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. He currently practices as an NHS Consultant at The Christie Hospital in Manchester and brings a meticulous, patient-centred approach to surgical care.

Consultations are now available at Bawtry Podiatry Clinic on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and can be booked easily through our online booking system.

Over the coming months we will also be opening our Minor Operating Suite at the clinic, allowing us to offer a range of minor surgical procedures within a calm and professional clinical setting.

All general anaesthetic procedures will take place at The Pines in Altrincham, Manchester, a fully equipped surgical facility in collaboration with Transform.

✨ Exciting things coming to Bawtry Podiatry Clinic! ✨

Today we had a SWIFT verruca treatment demo as we prepare to introduce another effective option for treating stubborn verrucas 👣

SWIFT is a non-invasive treatment suitable for all age groups. It uses microwave technology to stimulate the body’s own immune response to help fight the verruca virus.

On average, patients require 3–4 treatments, spaced around 4 weeks apart, with up to 97% success rates.

We’re really looking forward to introducing this fantastic treatment in clinic as another option to help our patients finally tackle those persistent verrucas.

The events on Market Hill couldn’t be possible without the kind cooperation of Bawtry Town Council who also provide much needed financial support to our Christmas Event.
