📣 Calling all past, present and future Slimming World Members we have EXCITING NEWS….
⭐️OUR GROUP FORMAT HAS CHANGED ⭐️
We will no longer will be going around the room individually each week. Yes we will still be celebrating members achievements and awards, but we will have more time for practical food learning, help with behaviour changes and sharing of ideas each week 🥰
A more flexible approach in group is allowing people who want to contribute the opportunity to do so and those who don't the option just sit listen, learn and feel inspired.
Thinking of joining us we would love to see you 🥰

5.It’s almost June where have the last four months gone?🩷😃

We still have a good few weeks before the summer holidays, instead of saying all of the above, how about in July you say,
I’m so glad I didn’t wait 🩷
I’m so glad I stuck with it the first week, the weeks that followed and turned into months🩷
It’s July and I feel great!
