As Commissioning Care Home General Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the home’s performance across care quality, resident satisfaction, compliance, team engagement, and financial results. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same - combining strategic oversight with day-to-day operational excellence while role modelling Signature’s values.

Develop your passion for food within a highly equipped kitchen, in-house bistro, and fine dining restaurant, when you join Signature Senior Lifestyle as a Chef de Partie at our luxury care and nursing home in Ascot.

💷 Up to £16.50 per hour
📅 Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Day shifts (07:00–15:00 or 10:00–19:00)
📍 Ascot | 15-minute walk from Ascot train station

As Chef de Partie, you’ll work under the Head Chef to create and produce a nutritious menu of restaurant-quality food for our residents. You’ll oversee one area of the kitchen to prepare meals to the highest standard, ensure proper portion control, and minimise waste.
