Your Role
🔹 Support our General Manager and Heads of Department in driving employee engagement and ensuring legal compliance.
🔹 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from identifying vacancies to onboarding new team members.
🔹 Provide payroll support and oversee training and development within the home.
🔹 Be the first point of contact for employees, assisting with queries and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

✅ CIPD qualification (or working towards) is beneficial but not required.

Empowering Our Team, One Uniform at a Time

In 2024, we recognised the need for change. Observing our team members, it was clear that their comfort was being compromised by our existing uniforms. As uniforms play a vital role in well-being and confidence, it was essential to act. When our team feels empowered and comfortable, they can focus on what truly matters—providing the best care for our residents.

That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce the Onna range, designed with care and innovation. Made from recycled polyester, these new uniforms are breathable, flexible, and tailored to enhance movement. The thoughtful design includes features like elastic waists, hem vents on cargo trousers, and four-way stretch tunics, ensuring both practicality and comfort.

Our previous cotton-polyester uniforms, while functional, were thick and rigid—particularly uncomfortable during warmer months. The shift to navy-coloured uniforms, paired with the advanced Onna design, has elevated the experience for both our team members and residents. Navy’s neutral tone not only adds professionalism but ensures everyone feels confident in their workwear.
