If you have experience of volume recruitment and HR administration to ensure our new hires are qualified and compliant to work, then this could be the role for you.

You will play a key role in managing the recruitment lifecycle - from advertising roles and screening CVs to arranging interviews, processing offers and supporting onboarding. You’ll work closely with our Recruitment Partner to hire for a wide range of roles across our existing homes and three new homes opening in 2026.

You’ll also help attract great talent by advertising vacancies, proactively searching for candidates across multiple channels, and promoting opportunities on social media.

As our Housekeeper, you’ll be the sort of person who doesn’t go out without leaving a tidy bed. You’ll apply your high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to our residents’ homes and communal living spaces, ensuring they’re spotlessly clean and beautifully presented.

You’ll also be working in laundry, making sure linen is kept fresh and clean for residents’ comfort and hygiene. Our residents notice and appreciate attention to detail – and your high standards will help build confidence in our service delivery every day.
