Who here will admit to snoring while they sleep? Whilst many often deny that they snore, it is incredibly common. An estimated 45 percent of adults snore occasionally, while 25 percent snore regularly.

Snoring isn’t always a sign of anything serious, but it can be a symptom of sleep apnea. This is a serious condition that raises the risk for diabetes, obesity, hypertension, stroke, heart attack and other cardiovascular problems, so you should seek evaluation by a specialist as soon as possible.

Our ENT specialists offer cutting-edge treatments to evaluate problems with snoring. Book an appointment today: https://bit.ly/3AyybrF

These results highlight the importance of screening for this complication in the first trimester of pregnancy, particularly for women with moderate to severe psoriasis.

If you fall into this category or have any concerns, don’t hesitate to arrange an appointment with our specialists: https://bit.ly/3AyybrF

According to the Office on Women’s Health, up to 80% of women have fibroids by the age of 50. These are abnormal growths that develop in or on a woman’s uterus.

Most women don’t have any symptoms and may never know they have fibroids. Larger fibroids, however, can result in painful or uncomfortable symptoms.

Your heels handle an enormous amount of pressure every day, so it’s not surprising that heel pain is a common complaint.

Simple self-help measures such as warming up before exercising, wearing supportive footwear, and massaging after exercise can help prevent heel pain, however enduring pain should be assessed by a specialist.

You have more than 300 bones and joints in your body. When just one of them isn’t functioning properly, this can leave you in a state of pain and discomfort.

To prevent problems from worsening and to prolong the life of the natural joint for as long as possible it’s important to see a professional sooner rather than later.

Most often, neck pain occurs as a result of poor posture or general age-related wear and tear.

Simple changes to your daily routine can help prevent neck pain, such as:

* Adjust your desk, chair and computer so that the monitor is at eye level and your knees are slightly lower than your hips
* Avoid tucking your phone between your ear and shoulder when you talk.
* Avoid carrying heavy bags with straps over your shoulder
* Sleep in a good position, ideally on your back with your thighs elevated on pillows, which will flatten your spinal muscles

If you are struggling with back pain, we offer the latest pain management treatments, specialising in the management of back and neck pain.
