Your knees do more than just bend and straighten — they absorb impact, provide stability, and keep you moving every single day.

Whether you run, train, walk a lot, or sit for long periods, knee pain can build up when strength, mobility or alignment is off. Often the problem isn’t just the knee itself, but what’s happening at the hips, ankles or surrounding muscles.

Osteopathy and Physiotherapy focus on the bigger picture — helping to improve movement, build strength, reduce pain and prevent future injuries.

Don’t ignore those niggles. Small problems are much easier to fix before they become big ones.

Move better. Feel stronger. Support your knees.

🌟 Thank you to all our customers who leave us reviews we truly appreciate it 🌟

‘I’ve just finished a wonderful combined session with Sal (physiotherapist) and Max (personal trainer). I’m almost 10 weeks postpartum and have had several incredibly useful and informative sessions with Sal regarding postpartum health and pelvic floor recovery. Thanks to the homework she provided, I was ready for my first PT session with Max today, and Sal was there to provide additional feedback, support, and even held my baby whilst I did the exercises!

I understand that postpartum recovery requires patience and time, but with the expert guidance and support from both Sal and Max, I left the session feeling genuinely empowered. They’ve taught me manageable, bite-sized exercises that I can incorporate into my daily routine of raising a family.

I would highly recommend them to any mum, regardless of how far postpartum you are!’

Strong ankles, stronger runs. 🏃‍♂️👣

Your ankles absorb huge amounts of force every time your foot hits the ground. When they’re strong, mobile and working properly, they help you run efficiently and reduce your risk of injury.

Pain, stiffness or recurring ankle issues can affect not just your run, but your knees, hips and lower back too.

Osteopathy and Physiotherapy can help improve ankle mobility, strengthen supporting muscles, and keep you running comfortably for longer.

Take care of your ankles — your whole run depends on them.
