Meet Sabrina Sarl.

A London-trained acupuncturist, Sabrina’s path into healing began in childhood, growing up in a family deeply rooted in alternative medicine. Inspired by her grandmother, who lived to 103 and believed wholeheartedly in natural approaches to wellbeing, Sabrina developed an early understanding of the body’s innate ability to heal.

She later trained at the London College of Acupuncture and Natural Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine, alongside moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, and tui na — bringing together a rich range of therapies designed to support the body and calm the mind.

Sabrina’s treatments blend ancient wisdom with a modern, nurturing touch, helping to release physical tension, ease emotional anxieties, and restore balance from within.

Clients often leave feeling lighter, looser, calmer, and renewed.

🏃‍♂️ 5 TOP TIPS FROM AN OSTEO BEFORE MARATHON SUNDAY

You’ve done the training — now it’s about arriving fresh, loose, and ready 👇

1. Move, don’t grind
Easy 20–30 min jog or walk + light mobility
→ Keep the body loose, not fatigued

2. Release tension (gently)
Foam roll calves, glutes, hips
→ Avoid deep tissue or anything that makes you sore

3. Prioritise sleep
Focus on the next 2 nights
→ Recovery = performance

4. Hydrate smart 💧
Sip consistently, don’t chug
→ Pale yellow urine = good to go
→ Add electrolytes if you normally use them

5. Stick to what you know
Familiar food, shoes, routine
→ No last-minute experiments

I had an appointment with Michaela at their lovely premises in Old Beaconsfield when I had a problem with my hip and could barely walk or bend down. She was friendly and thorough with her questions and she gave me some manageable stretches & exercises to do which only took a few minutes.

I did them several times a day and not only did they completely cure my hip, but my back which had also been giving me problems, has never felt better. Just amazing!

I highly recommend a visit if you have any nagging aches or pains.
