The first image shows common desk habits that can contribute to back and neck pain. The second shows a more back-friendly way to sit, with the head stacked over the shoulders and the spine in a neutral position.

Ideally your screen would be at eye level - but even without a perfect setup, improving your posture makes a big difference.

Small changes, done often, really add up. 🌿
