From Michelin-starred kitchens to Signature Senior Lifestyle, our newly promoted Group Executive Chef, Darran Kimber, has been cooking up a storm 🍝🔥

With experience in some of London’s finest restaurants, Darran recently brought his talent to Signature at Highgate for a pasta-making and wine pairing afternoon. And what an afternoon it was!

Residents have given him a new name, “Alfonso Lasagne”, and they’re already asking when round two is happening. Honestly, so are we.

But events like this are about more than just food.

They are about the chatter around the table, the laughter when someone’s pasta falls apart, and the stories shared over a glass of wine. They are the moments that make a day feel special.

They matter for our teams too.

They give colleagues a chance to share what they love, let their personalities shine and build real friendships with residents that go far beyond the day-to-day of care.

That is what brings a Signature home to life. 🏡

Today we’ve been celebrating and thanking them for the vital work they do. Across our homes, our nurses have been treated to gifts as a small token of our appreciation for the care, kindness, and professionalism they bring to their roles.
