Last week of classes before I'm off on maternity leave!

Mum and Bub yoga combines postnatal yoga with baby stretching and tummy time in a relaxed, fun environment with lots of opportunities to get to know other local mamas.

And then you can treat yourself to a coffee and cake at .scribbleton! 🍰

Ujjayi Breath, or Ocean Breath, is a traditional breathing technique we often practice during classes. When done properly, you can hear the sound of your breath echoing in your head, helping to drive out thoughts. It can sound like the tide coming in and out. 🌊

We're nearly at the end of this term's Mum and Bub yoga classes!
