We have some exciting news! I'm pleased to share that Lucy from The Reflexology Co will be bringing her treatments to The Nurture Sanctuary from Monday 8th June.
Lucy will be here on Mondays offering reflexology and facial massage, and I couldn't be more excited to welcome her into the space. 🕊️

Lucy's passion is supporting stressed and burnt-out women to calm their nervous system and reconnect with their bodies through the gentle power of reflexology. Working with specific pressure points on the feet, reflexology encourages deep relaxation and helps your body find its natural balance again. Her clients often leave feeling lighter, calmer and more like themselves. 💚

🌿 Five Years of Nurture 🌿

Today marks 5 beautiful years since I first opened Nurture Holistic Therapy, tucked away in a bell tent beneath the trees. Those early days under the canvas were filled with birdsong, fresh air, and the joy of meeting so many wonderful new clients. 🌲

Fast forward to today, and I’m in awe of how far Nurture has come. We’re now in our second year at The Nurture Sanctuary, and I couldn’t be prouder of everything this business — and the incredible team behind it — has grown into. What began as a simple vision has blossomed into a thriving holistic space, offering massage therapy, beauty treatments, counselling services, and even our own natural & organic skincare range.✨

With the opening of our sauna and spa room just around the corner, it feels surreal to reflect on this journey. Opening a business during Covid was no easy feat, and the current economic climate continues to challenge small businesses like ours — but we’ve persevered and continue to thrive, and that makes me feel so incredibly proud.☺️

I currently have a space available for face-to-face counselling at The Nurture Sanctuary in Broadwindsor — a calm, nurturing space surrounded by nature.

I offer counselling for adults and children, supporting emotional wellbeing, confidence, and self-understanding in a gentle and compassionate way.

💚 For children and young people, counselling can be a safe place to:

💬 explore worries and build resilience
🌈 feel understood, supported, and more confident

⚠️ Road Closures ⚠️

There will be several road closures over the next few weeks in and around Broadwindsor. Please see the attached photo for information on these closures.

For this week, clients travelling from Bridport will need to go via Beaminster to get into Broadwindsor as the Salway Ash Road will be closed. This will add approximately 10 / 15 minutes to journey time so please leave plenty of time to travel to your appointment.
