🌸Important Update🌸

I’ve tried to write this post several times over the past few weeks, however I just haven’t known how to word things and at times I’ve just felt too exhausted to try to formulate my words. However, it’s important to update you, as this affects how I work from this point forward.

Just over 5 weeks ago, our world spun on its axis when my husband suffered a brain bleed and a stroke. He had collapsed at work, and we didn’t know where he was. Once the police found him, he was taken to hospital where he has been over the past 5+ weeks. Since then, I have been back and forth to the hospital, and have been fitting in what treatments I can.

Sadly, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to close my treatment studio in Beaminster and rethink how I offer my services moving forward. It’s not been an easy decision to make, given that I love working from there, and have poured so much time and love into making it one of my favourite places to have worked from in recent years.

Those of you who have followed me from the beginning, will know that I had to move premises during the pandemic, and then decided to move back to Beaminster in May 2022, when I found my current premises. It seems I will be reinventing myself again, and will be looking at how I move forward from here.

I’m still currently offering treatments, around my family’s needs, throughout July, and will finish treatments from my HQ at the end of July. I will then take August off to regroup and work out where I may work from moving forward (I have a few ideas), how I offer treatments, and I will carry on working on developing some of the offerings I had been waiting to launch before this tragedy happened.

As a family we are taking each day as it comes. My dear friend set up a GoFundMe page to help support us during this time. If you feel inclined to support us, then I have popped the link in the comments. Thank you.

✨CONNECTION✨
2024 for me, has been about connection. 🫶🏻

I began this year creating my vision board with my family in January and much of what is on there has happened or is being created. I love the feeling of focussing my dreams and goals in a visual way that feels more tangible and accessible.

What followed was a sequence of experiences, which had “connection” at their core.

I spent the first part of 2024 being held by a fabulous group of women all navigating perimenopause together, with the brilliant 🙌 The experience stepped me right outside of my comfort zone, but I came away more sure of who I was and what I needed moving forward, which felt wonderfully powerful. Thank you Kate for making that possible for me.

I then held space for the wonderful women I support with my 6 week menopause wellbeing workshops this year, and their need for connection and belonging was a strong theme, that came out of our sessions together. I truly love the time I spend creating these workshops and look forward to hosting more in the coming year. They fill my heart with love and gratitude 🙏

In the summer I finally got to connect with and meet many of the amazing people from the Gold Club membership I’m a part of. The day was filled with lots of laughter, sharing and empowerment from whose infectious, positive, energy should be bottled and sold. 🥳

Later in the year saw me step once again outside my comfort zone, and enter the ‘Soul of Your Business’ with 🙌 This was an amazingly empowering day of connection, sharing, giving and I came away with my mind a tad blown! Using constellation work and tapping into what your business is really telling you, is a profound way to truly connect with where you need to go with your work. I’d love to revisit another day to find out more and Nicola’s work comes highly recommended. 🌺
