It’s been a while since I posted on socials, but I’m really pleased to share that I’ve taken on a new space in Lyden Way in Beaminster as my new, permanent health & wellbeing space. It’s still a work in progress, but it’s starting to feel like home.

The past 9 months have been tough, but things are feeling more stable, which has allowed me to move forward again. I’ll share more in another post, but it’s good to be back in my own space again.

So, it’s been a while since I last posted, as everything’s been a bit “hit &miss”, over the past few months since I closed my HQ, following my husband’s stroke in June. I’m still trying to figure out how things look moving forward, but in the meantime, if you want to see me in Beaminster for a treatment, I’m currently working from The Strode Room, along Church Street. It’s a lovely quiet space, and the clients who’ve seen me there have loved the calm, zen feel of the place. 🙌

Watch out over the next few weeks, when I aim to share details of my 28 day Mindful Reset which will happen in January. I was due to launch it in July, but had to delay it. If you’re looking to move from stressed & overwhelmed to calm and centred, whilst taking away tools & techniques to help you stay that way moving forward, then you’ll want to stay tuned for future posts sharing more soon. 💗

🌸Important Update🌸

I’ve tried to write this post several times over the past few weeks, however I just haven’t known how to word things and at times I’ve just felt too exhausted to try to formulate my words. However, it’s important to update you, as this affects how I work from this point forward.

Just over 5 weeks ago, our world spun on its axis when my husband suffered a brain bleed and a stroke. He had collapsed at work, and we didn’t know where he was. Once the police found him, he was taken to hospital where he has been over the past 5+ weeks. Since then, I have been back and forth to the hospital, and have been fitting in what treatments I can.

Sadly, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to close my treatment studio in Beaminster and rethink how I offer my services moving forward. It’s not been an easy decision to make, given that I love working from there, and have poured so much time and love into making it one of my favourite places to have worked from in recent years.

Those of you who have followed me from the beginning, will know that I had to move premises during the pandemic, and then decided to move back to Beaminster in May 2022, when I found my current premises. It seems I will be reinventing myself again, and will be looking at how I move forward from here.

I’m still currently offering treatments, around my family’s needs, throughout July, and will finish treatments from my HQ at the end of July. I will then take August off to regroup and work out where I may work from moving forward (I have a few ideas), how I offer treatments, and I will carry on working on developing some of the offerings I had been waiting to launch before this tragedy happened.

As a family we are taking each day as it comes. My dear friend set up a GoFundMe page to help support us during this time. If you feel inclined to support us, then I have popped the link in the comments. Thank you.
