Spaces in Dorset this week for remedial massage have just become free... Monday 25th November 11:40 at Sophia's Choice in Beaminster, or Tuesday 26th 10:20 at Beaminster Chiropractic Care Clinic.
There's also space at Warminster Anatomy Clinic on Thursday 28th at 12:30 for either an hour or ninety minute session, and again at 12:00 on Friday 29th.

We have exciting news to share with you all. The lovely Kate Willis will be joining our team every Thursday to offer sports and remedial massage with holistic massage.

Kate combines sports and remedial massage techniques with a holistic approach to give you a treatment that is both effective and relaxing. She blends traditional Swedish and deep tissue massage with more dynamic bodywork techniques such as stretches, mobilisation, soft tissue release, myofascial work and cupping.
Kate is also trained in kinesio-taping and may suggest this along with simple stretches and exercises for clients to do at home to support the work done in your massage session. 

Clients have found that regular massage treatment has helped to encourage:
- Relief from muscle tension and pain
- Better range of motion and joint mobility
- Relaxation and better quality sleep 
- Respite from the effects of long and short term stress 
- Improved circulation and reduction of oedema and swelling 
- Recovery from injury and illness

Kate has over twelve years of experience and is highly recommended by her clients. She is a member of the Sports Massage Association, the Massage Training Institute and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. She trained at Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork in both Holistic and Remedial Sports Massage and blends these approaches to ensure you have a treatment that is tailored to your individual needs each session.

* Regional (40 minutes) treatments cost £48
* 90 minute treatments cost £85

🌟I'm also dipping my toe into home visits...(See what I did with the picture there?!) It's a little more expensive at £65 an hour instead of £57.50 at the clinics,
but oh so worth it to have a treatment in your own home and be able to fully relax and enjoy the post-massage zen!
