Reiki helps calm the nervous system, ease stress and tension, and bring your mind and body back into balance, making it a powerful reset to leave you feeling grounded, clear and better prepared for the week ahead.

Group Reiki can be especially powerful, as the shared energy helps people relax more deeply and feel supported.

I keep my sessions small to create a calm, relaxed space where everyone feels comfortable and cared for. I can tune into each person which really matters in such a personal experience, while also building a sense of trust and connection so everyone can get the most from the session.

I’ve been qualified in Reiki Levels 1 and 2 since November 2022 and work with a range of clients, both people and animals, helping to support relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing, including managing symptoms such as menopause, physical pain and stress-related issues.

Our beautiful Bailey passed away today after being involved in an RTA. Fly high over Rainbow Bridge our darling angel 💔🙏💔

Our wonderful Bailey cat sadly passed away today after being involved in an RTA. Was found and very kindly taken to the nearest vets by the wonderful Rachel Ferrie.

I am asking for reiki to be sent to Bailey as he goes over Rainbow Bridge so am asking fellow reiki and holistic practitioners if they could send healing to help him on his way - this would be much appreciated.

We are heartbroken but are so blessed and grateful for the 4 wonderful years we had with him. He was definitely living his best life until the end.
