If you look at this past week that you've managed to get through...its a win. No matter what challenges have been there or the thoughts that may of taken over, to lead to rumination and catastrophising you have had the strength to keep fighting.
Be proud of this win. Dilvuge in some self care or purely be still and present in the moment.

Happy Easter to you.
As its Easter and eggs represent this day....do you ever feel you have to walk on egg shells with people in your life...does it feel like the following:
🥚Being afraid to upset the other person.
🥚Always second guessing yourself.
🥚Constantly checking your thoughts before you speak.
🥚Fearing their response when you ask a question.
🥚You've lost your core identity.
🥚Always assuming you've done something wrong.
🥚Being in a constant state of anxiety and tension.

So after yesterday's post of staying away from feeling negative, I took on that challenge.

As I reflect from that experience I can honestly say at times I found it difficult, especially if I felt a session I facilitated didn't go to plan. Or I became very tired in the afternoon and felt I couldn't do anything.
So in working with the negative feelings I felt, I quickly challenged them...e.g the session that I felt didn't go to plan. I changed my thoughts to "well what did go well".
When tiredness overcame me instead of feeling bad I figured out I could do something I enjoyed...so I baked a cake and in doing so that lifted my mood.

It's not always easy to challenge our thoughts but it's always a benefit when we feel more at peace with ourselves.

How often do we thank our bodies for walking, the use of our hands or our hearts beating.
Try tonight as you go to bed and complete a body scan starting with your head/brain and working down to your toes...becoming thankful to your body might just aid a more peaceful sleep.
