Level 2 complete 💫
What an intense and immersive journey this one was.

This training really felt like a next level deepening. Not only in technique and skill, but in presence, sensitivity, listening, and the capacity to truly meet another human being through touch.

So much growth, openness, courage, and genuine care moved through this group over these days together.
I’m deeply grateful to every participant for bringing yourselves so fully into the process.

Huge thank you as well to my amazing team , .wisdom, and for holding the space with such steadiness and heart.
And to for hosting us in such a beautiful and nourishing environment surrounded by nature.

Feeling very full, humbled, inspired… and still integrating it all. ✨

What also continues to touch me deeply is seeing the vision of a worldwide bodywork community which stays connected through presence, care, touch, and shared values, keep unfolding more and more with every training.

We’ll be back at Hidden Paradise next year:

I spent a wonderful week at a massage retreat in the Alpujarra Mountains in Granada, Spain led by Dan Healing Arts and connected with some beautiful souls, continuing to deepen my massage practice.

Followed by some well earned chill time catching up with my treasured friend from San Diego - we had a blast! 🍻☀️🥂

Just a reminder H&H will be closed for a couple of weeks from Saturday 9th May until Monday 25th May 2026.

I am delighted to be taking part in further training in the Alpujarra Mountains in Granada, Spain.

As I will be in training and also in the mountains, I may not be able to respond to any queries as promptly as normal but I will respond as soon as I can.

Grateful to you all and I look forward to seeing you when I come home.

Just a reminder I will be closed for a couple of weeks from Saturday 9th May to Sunday 24 May 2026 to take part in further training in the Alpujarra Mountains in Granada, Spain.

☀️☀️☀️ I hope you are all enjoying this lovely sunshine ☀️☀️☀️

As many of you know, I spent some time in the jungle of Tulum, Mexico in 2024 on an immersive massage training course which was an incredible experience.

I am delighted to be taking part in further training next month, this time in the Alpujarra Mountains in Granada. I am looking forward to taking some time out and also excited to be bringing some new skills back to you all.

H&H will therefore be closed for a couple of weeks next month from Saturday 9th May to Sunday 24 May 2026.

Normal opening hours will resume from Monday 25 May 2026.

Yesterday was the first day off I’ve had in a while that I didn’t have any plans or needed to be anywhere and managed to take some time to chill out and take a breath.

I spent some time reflecting and looking through the wonderful reviews you have been leaving and I am so grateful for each and every one of them.

Thank you for all the love, support and kindness, it really means the world.

🌟 Weekend Celebrations 🌟

Had a wonderful weekend of celebrations with my amazing family and friends and meeting new friends too.

Started my day with a fantastic reiki share hosted by the most beautiful soul Lorna, Lorna McLean Reiki. Enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea with my Mum and spent the evening with my family.

Sunday was spent in nature at Tir na nOg Holistic Centre with Sarah from The Nest holding a beautiful Balance and Bloom Spring Equinox retreat. This was a truly sensory experience of heart opening yoga, forest bathing (yes I did hug a beautiful tree! 🤣), aromatherapy, journalling and planting our intentions.

Followed by a lovely dinner in Drymen with one of my best friends.
