Hope everyone has had a beautiful & peaceful festive period, thank you for all your support in 2025 🤍Apologies for the lack of posts, I am happily & almost totally removed from social media now (with the exception of gardentok!). So you’ll only see me online to let you know when the next month’s classes are on sale - soz algorithm gods!
I am always contactable by phone though, so please ask for my number if you need it.
I can’t wait to see you all in January, we will be focusing on a warming & energetic practice to balance the effects of Kapha season.

You can book now to join us for September, maybe indoors, maybe out, depending on sunshine and cool evenings!
We will be mixing up the class format slightly for a sense of renewal, but still looking at practices that will support our wellbeing as we move through the cusp of Pitta into Vata seasons 🌅🍁

In September we’ll start to embrace the turn of the seasons with our practice reflecting the warm & sunny (🤞) afternoons but slowly shortening days. With the qualities of Pitta changing slowly to Vata over the weeks.
