Hope everyone has had a beautiful & peaceful festive period, thank you for all your support in 2025 🤍Apologies for the lack of posts, I am happily & almost totally removed from social media now (with the exception of gardentok!). So you’ll only see me online to let you know when the next month’s classes are on sale - soz algorithm gods!
I am always contactable by phone though, so please ask for my number if you need it.
I can’t wait to see you all in January, we will be focusing on a warming & energetic practice to balance the effects of Kapha season.
