Job Title: Care Practitioner
Location: Beauly, Muir of Ord, Conon Bridge, Maryburgh, Dingwall areas

We are seeking dedicated Care Practitioners to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. We aim to support people to live independently, safely and with dignity in their communities. We value high quality of care and positive, happy staff over everything else. What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: A leading rate of Β£13.60 per hour. Paid for the full shift, regardless of client cancellations or hospital stays and paid travel time
Mileage Allowance: 45p per paid mile to cover travel costs.
Continuity of rota shifts - continuity is crucial for building trust and ensuring consistent quality of care. Rota planning aims to have the same staff members follow the same clients as much as possible, to improve the quality of care

Requirements:
Driving Licence & Vehicle: You must have a valid driving licence and access to your own reliable car for work.
Compassion: A genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal care and hygiene.
Supporting with meal preparation and medication assistance
Providing companionship and emotional support.
