❤🧡❤To every Woman navigating the changes, challenges and strengths of Womanhood - this day is for us!
On International Women’s Day, I’d like to wish all women a day of recognition, appreciation and wellbeing.
Women’s Health deserves more conversation, more support, and more understanding — today and every day.
Working in Women’s Health is a real privilege. Every day I meet women navigating the many transitions of life — from postnatal recovery to perimenopause and menopause — often while balancing work, family, sport and everything else life brings. The strength, honesty and resilience I see in women constantly inspires me.
Ahead of this special day, earlier this week I had the pleasure of attending the 2026 North Wales Women’s Health Conference at Bangor University. It was a wonderful day of connection with other passionate professionals who are dedicated to improving support for women across North Wales.
The more we share knowledge, listen to each others' experiences and work together across different fields, the better we can support women to feel strong, informed and confident in their bodies at every stage of life.
Today is a moment to celebrate women — and also to continue championing the care and support we all deserve every day.❤🧡❤
