Meet Helen Singleton – Clinic Director at the NCA

Like many of our students and graduates, Helen Singleton’s journey into acupuncture wasn’t where she started, but it’s where she found her true path.

Helen began her healthcare career as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2000, working in the NHS, the military, and private practice. Helen then studied for a Masters degree in Acupuncture at the Northern College of Acupuncture, completing these studies in 2016.

Since then, Helen has built a thriving practice in Beverley, combining physiotherapy, acupuncture and Pilates and really enjoys the variety they all bring.

Helen has been a teaching member of the College since 2017 and currently teaches on the Clinical Skills modules throughout the degree as well as having overall responsibility for the Acupuncture Teaching Clinic.
