Great CPD this evening with the British Association of Performing Arts Medicine (BAPAM), looking at managing hypermobility in musicians, vocalists and dancers. 🎻🎺🎤🎶🩰. Thoroughly up my street! I am a BAPAM registered practitioner (and I think possibly the only one in North Wales) and I offer a discount if you're registered with them. If you work or study in the performing arts you can register with BAPAM - British Association for Performing Arts Medicine for free and this only takes a few minutes. BAPAM advise performing artists about a wide range of support including financial assistance, health education, peer support and clinical resources. 🎶🎺🩰🎤🎻

Working breakfast for me yesterday - a lecture on latest developments in ankle and foot surgery with Mr Edward Gee, Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Ankle and Foot Surgeon; and colleagues from the Cheshire Osteopaths Group. All great stuff, my patients know how I love to go on about feet! 👣👣

Another full weekend treating in Knutsford last week and straight into a busy week in clinic in Beaumaris. My feet haven't touched the ground. Thanks for having me again Fuchsia School of Dance. It was wonderful to catch up with some of my long standing patients and to treat some new young dancers too 🩰🩰🩰. See you all in the New Year.
