🍂✨ Today, I created an autumn equinox altar to celebrate the balance of light and dark. I took my 5-year-old out into nature to collect leaves, acorns, and other treasures for our altar.

While I will miss the warmth and beauty of summer, I’m ready for the cosy, restful evenings of autumn. This season encourages us to reflect and embrace change.

🌕🔥 Tonight under the enchanting glow of the Blood Moon, I completed a powerful fire ceremony to release what no longer serves me. There's something incredibly transformative about letting go, especially during this time of heightened energy. The Blood Moon amplifies our intentions, making it the perfect moment to shed old patterns and embrace new beginnings 🌱

As I watched the flames dance, I felt a profound sense of liberation and renewal. If you haven't tried this yet, I highly recommend it there is still time! Embrace the power of this moon phase and let go of anything that holds you back.

🌕 Todays corn moon has been the end and beginning of something rather special for me, which I can't wait to share with you all when the time is right ⏰️

For now, I wanted to share what I have been doing over the last week. I've been clearing out what no longer serves me, physical and mentally 🧹 But the best part of this week is that I have been lucky enough to be accepted on and commence Neuro Linguistic Programming course, and WOW, it certainly has started with a bang! 🧨

There have been laughs, tears, and light bulb moments, and its only the first week 🤯 looking forward to the next sessions.

🌿A New Dawn at The Calm Clinic Wirral🌿

Dear beautiful souls,

I’ve been offline for a long while… not because I disappeared, but because I turned inward.

After the deeply emotional decision to close the physical doors of my Reiki clinic, I took time to pause, heal, and reconnect with my own energy. Like the seasons, we must honour the cycles of rest, reflection, and renewal.

🌙 In the stillness, I was reminded that true healing doesn’t always happen in a room — sometimes it happens in the space between, in the quiet whispers of the soul, and in the sacred moments of solitude.

Though The Calm Clinic no longer has a physical home, its spirit lives on, stronger and more aligned than ever. I feel deeply called to begin sharing once again — not treatments for now, but words, wisdom, and light for those who seek inspiration and reconnection.

💫 For anyone who’s felt lost, paused on their path, or in need of a spiritual spark — know that you’re not alone. I’m here. And something new is beginning to stir…

I will let you into a little secret.......I am currently in the process of creating my very own Reiki 1 course. This course will be designed to introduce students to the wonderful world of Reiki and provide them with the knowledge and skills they need to begin their reiki journey! ☯️

The Reiki 1 course that I am developing will cover a range of topics, including the history of Reiki, the principles of energy healing, and the basics of conducting a Reiki session. Students will also learn how to connect with the universal life force energy and channel it to promote healing and balance in themselves and others ☯️

I want to ensure that my students receive the highest quality of instruction and support as they embark on their Reiki journey. I believe that Reiki is a powerful healing modality that has the potential to transform lives, and I am dedicated to sharing this gift with others ☯️

I am absolutely thrilled to announce that I have completed my qualification as a Reiki Master Teacher!

Becoming a Reiki Master Teacher has been a long journey, but it has been incredibly rewarding. I have learned so much about the healing power of Reiki and eager to pass on this wonderful knowledge to others.

In the coming weeks, I will be offering Reiki courses for those who are interested in learning more about this ancient healing practice.

I am looking forward to sharing my passion for Reiki with all of you and helping others on their own healing journeys. Stay tuned for more information on upcoming courses and workshops.
