So far I've lost 2 inches of my hips and chest and 2 1/2 off my waist. Just today and tomorrow to go then final weigh in. Also had a lot of water retention in feet and ankles due to me having MS and not being very mobile. Glad to say my feet and ankles are nearly back to normal size which is fab x
