I qualified back in 1996 (how the years have flown by) and added manual lymphatic drainage massage to my skill set about 3 years ago. Since then I have worked on women who have had mastectomies and under arm lymph node removed to help ease oedema and the tightness. I've worked on men who have had prostate and groin lymph removed and even worked on housemaid's knee.

Over the last year or so I've been struggling on and off with perimenopause issues. Because of my skill set I've turned to yoga, nutrition and essential oils. What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a soothing foot pamper with the added benefits of whole body balancing. There are points on the sole of the foot as well as the ankles that relate to endocrine points (the hormonal system, which is responsible for PMS, stress and the fight or flight response) and different parts of the body. By gently working them we encourage them to come back into balance, the way nature intended them to be.

Who needs reflexology?
Anyone and everyone. We all carry stress and old emotional baggage whether we realise it or not. An hour just for you will do you wonders. However if you need more of a reason - this can be really powerful for fertility treatment, menopause, stress, grief and much more.

Hot Stone Massage.

What is it?
Hot stones are basalt, smooth stones. They are created by lava flows, and as volcanos suggest, they retain heat within the stone for a long time, almost like a different type of heat. It's a deep penetrating heat, that has a healing power, gentle but powerful.

Who needs it?
Everyone, as usual! But those who have arthritis where warmth helps soothe will really benefit. People who have really tight muscles and can't take deep tissue/sports type massage will enjoy this as it works deeply without the pain. Those who feel the cold and love warmth to melt the muscles. Perfect for autumn and the weather change.
For me, when the weather turns I lift my shoulders to try and keep warm. Hot stones will ease the shoulders back down to where they belong!

I have clinics in Wrentham and Framlingham and can do mobile visits depending on location, just ask!

Slow down the mind, take some time out, learn a little about essential oils and bring about a sense of peace.

Over the summer we will take you on a beautiful journey using essential oils, guided meditation, journaling and restorative postures.

A week before we start, I’ll post out the oils you’ll need to experience the very essence of each session.

Once you have booked you'll be added to a closed Facebook Group to chat about what you've learnt and share your experiences if you'd like to. This is also where I’ll share the restorative postures for you to enjoy in preparation for the session.

Every other Monday evening at 7.30pm I will go live on Zoom to lead the guided meditation, with time for questions and conversation afterwards.
