A quick update from me.
For all of you that don’t know already I’m going to be off work to have some surgery on my knee. I literally fell down a rabbit hole!🤣. My last appointment to book in at Saxons will be Saturday 9th August. Im not sure how long I will be in recovery but as soon as I’ve got the all clear to get back I will post on this page. Summer Solstice Blessing.💫☀️
For all of you that celebrate the summer solstice you may like to try this technique. Place a yellow citrine crystal or a yellow flower on your solar plexus chakra. Take a deep breath or two, relax, play calming music and then quietly when you feel ready, begin to give thanks for everything you are grateful for. Imagine a golden healing light holding your gratitude and then that same golden light forms a bubble around you. Make the light as sparkly as you like as you are being blessed and also blessing everything within the light.. Happy Solstice 💫☀️🌞

A great way to cleanse and charge up your crystals is to place them around a flower pot and put the pot on the window sill. The energy at the moment is quite intense so by placing crystals on or around the soil will help you to ground and become more balanced. 🪴🪴🪴
