⭐ Endometriosis Awareness Month ⭐

Endometriosis impacts 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth in the UK, yet so many are still unaware of the condition and its impact. With 4 types of endometriosis and the possibility of having more than 1 type, the different types refer to location, amount and depth of endometrial lesions.
Getting a diagnosed may take some time and recent research shows that there is now an average of 8 years and 10 months between the first doctors appointment regarding symptoms and receiving a firm diagnosis.

Massive congratulations to Victor Bosoni who completed and won the Atlast Mountain Race last week, what an achievement!

Cath met Victor back in September at Traka whilst on her biking holiday in France and here is what she has to say about him.. "What a lovely guy. We talked about various things including kinesiology tape which he was very interested in. He has just won the Atlas Mountain Race doing more than 1400 km in 4 days and 1hour and 46mins approx. The weather has been horrendous but having met him we knew he had a very good chance. His strategy was spot on. They had torrential rain, snow, icy roads and over the mountains offroad they had very high winds, once they dropped down onto the desert, they had to put sun cream on and put cans of cold drink down their backs to cool down"
