Here are some of the swaps I made to help me lose 5st: Sweet Treats - Slimming World HiFi Bars; Full Fat Milk for Skimmed Milk and desert is a low SWIP desert with Easy Peelers, Fat Free - Protein Rich Yoghurt with 2 meringue nests - delicious :-)
