Our Story

Qualified to BTec Level 5 diploma with the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM), currently the highest level qualification available for this discipline. I run my own clinic in Beckenham as well as working weekly with high performance athletes at Bromley Swimming Club and Blackheath & Bromley Athletics Club. In addition, I run fitness classes in the local area, successfully running Buggyfit Beckenham for 6 years, an outdoor fitness class for new mums with their babies. I also run Metafit Beckenham and the 30 minute fast class challenges everyone from the least fit to the elite, it is addictive and most definitely works!
