Leanora BB Hypnotherapy Services I am a Clinical Hynotherapist based in Beckenham. I work with individuals and organisations, both in-person and online.

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, registered with the National Board for Hypnotherapy and the National Board for Modern Psychotherapy. I hold Diplomas in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Before becoming a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I was a qualified Solicitor, and after that, a Massage Therapist. As interesting and varied as these professions were, they cannot compare with the immense feeling of satisfaction that I get from practising as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and being able to witness the change in people's lives. We all have, at some point in our lives, suffered with stress and anxiety. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is an excellent way of relieving these conditions, and many others. At its heart, it focuses on the present and the future and not on the past; it harnesses the power of positive thinking.
