Not many people see the link between yoga and photography. Ruled by the third eye, photography can be very intuitive, observing with all the senses.

This weekend I had the pleasure of both , teaching yoga on Saturday and Sunday being the official photographer for the pony club hunter trials, such a nice way to view the event, and congrats to Eden for a well deserved fourth place at her first competition.

Any horsey friends who would like a photoshoot - I’ll be taking bookings this summer❤️

I am excited to be able to offer 2 Workshops in the next 2 months, at Dorchester Yoga Centre, which will take the place of my regular Saturday Morning Ashtanga Class.

Yoga Energetics: Introduction to Magical Alignment

You are invited to rediscover yoga as a playground for exploration, a journey of embodying the pose from within. Rather than pushing ourselves into poses, allowing them to emerge. This shift will grant you an energetic connection to your own body, making postures more attainable and reducing the risk of injury.

In this workshop 18 May, is open to all practitioners of yoga.

I’ve had ichy skin. It’s always on the right arm. I know I shouldn’t scratch but it’s soooo irritating! I’ve had my detox just waiting for me to start it, and this gave me the perfect reason! After green powder and some supplements for just one day the itching has completely disappeared! My skin is healing and I’m feeling so much more energised. ❤️
