While most of us think "abs = core,"
Our Chiropractor Sam spent his Saturday diving deeper (literally!) into the real powerhouse of the body β a cylinder of deep muscles that help stabilise your spine and generate movement and strength. π§ π₯
He was learning from Jesper Dahl, a sports chiropractor who's worked with elite athletes in golf, swimming, and athletics. ποΈββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Why does it matter? Because understanding the true core helps us give better, more specific rehab exercises β especially for those recovering from lower back pain. π§ββοΈπ₯
