Weekly Yin Yoga and Sound Healing with Eleanor Hann - two deeply restorative practices offered at the studio — each supporting the body and mind in different ways.
Yin Yoga focuses on longer-held floor postures that gently target the connective tissues, fascia and joints. By allowing the body to settle into stillness, the practice helps improve flexibility, mobility and circulation while encouraging the mind to quieten. It’s the perfect counterbalance to busy lives and more dynamic movement practices.
Sound Healing Meditation works through therapeutic frequencies and vibration. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Eleanor creates immersive soundscapes that help calm the nervous system, release tension and guide the body into a deeply meditative state. Many people experience a sense of emotional release, clarity and profound relaxation.
